Supreme Court hands over Amrapali's Noida, Greater Noida projects to NBCC

The Supreme Court came down strongly on NBCC and the government for holding “parallel proceedings” and meeting with Amrapali representatives and home buyers to resolve the issue without being asked to do so by the court.
